Visa Extensions information

The VOA allows a total stay of only 60 days.
To stay in Indonesia for more than 60 days, you must apply for a B211 Visa or a similar type.
After this, you need to leave Indonesia once and then return. This process allows for a total stay of up to 180 days in Indonesia.

Refund is not available after we process your extension.

Please notify us two weeks before your visa’s expiry date.
Extensions must be processed through the same agent.
A visit to the immigration office is required only for the first extension.
We are not responsible for delays caused by immigration system errors.
It’s strongly recommended to process your extension well in advance.
You can travel domestically without your original passport.
Submitting documents before the expiry date exempts you from overstay fines.
Additional fees apply for citizens of certain countries deemed vulnerable.
