Purpose

The validity of the Artist KITAS in Indonesia varies, with the maximum period being 6 months.

Extension Possibility
This particular KITAS is not extendable. Upon expiration of the visa, it is necessary to obtain an Exit Permit Only (EPO).

Bali Visa Application Form
Complete the form in full.
Passport Scans
Provide color scans of the identity and signature pages of your passport (no photos required, only scans).
Passport Validity and Blank Pages
Your passport should have a minimum validity of 20 months for a 1-year visa, and 32 months for a 2-year visa, with at least 2 blank pages.
Recent Visa Sticker/Stamp
Scan of the most recent visa sticker/stamp in the passport; must have a minimum of 30 days validity to
avoid overstaying.
Digital Passport Photo
A recent passport-style color photo in digital format.
Sponsor Transfer Letter
Needed if the current visa is not sponsored by us.
Work Location in Indonesia

Company’s Official Documents
Include all documents related to the company’s legal status.
Establishment Deed and Amendments
Provide the original establishment document and any amendments.
MoLHR Approval
Authorization from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
Company’s Tax Registration Number (NPWP)
The official tax identification number of the company.
Online Single Submission (OSS) Documents
Include Business Identification Number (NIB), Location Permit (Ijin Lokasi), and Business License (Ijin Usaha).
Director’s Identification
Indonesian ID Card (KTP) and Family Card (Kartu Keluarga) of the Indonesian director, or passport of the
foreign director as guarantor.
Company’s Letterhead and Stamp
For official business correspondence.

Processing steps

Step 1: Print out your sponsorship documents and E-Visa for entry into Indonesia.
Step 2: After arriving in Indonesia, submit your passport to us within 30 days. We will take it to the local immigration for final approval. Additionally, you will need to visit the Immigration office for the Biometrics process.

Renewal

Annual Renewal Price
IDR 15,000,000 and an additional USD 100 per month for the IMTA (Work Permit).
Physical Presence Requirement
The applicant must be in Indonesia to process the Kitas renewal.
Renewal Timing
The renewal should be initiated 1 to 3 months before the Kitas expiration date.

Kitas cancelation

To cancel your Kitas for termination or changing to a new visa, specific permits are required:
If you are in Indonesia, an Exit Permit Only (EPO) is needed.
If you are outside Indonesia, an Exit Re-Entry (ERP) Permit is required.
