Eligibility for a Refund:

• Visa Application Fees: Refunds are available if your visa application has not been submitted to the immigration authorities yet. However, please note that we deduct a 25% administration fee in such cases.
• e-VISA Refusals: Unfortunately, if the Indonesian Government refuses your e-VISA application, we are unable to offer a refund, except under special circumstances.
• Travel Restrictions: In the event that the Indonesian Government closes its airports or borders, leading to the expiration of your approved e-VISA, we are unable to offer a refund.
• Post-Approval: Once your e-VISA has been approved, we cannot issue a refund.

Requesting a Refund:

• Remember, all refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the original purchase.

Processing Time:

• Once your refund request has been approved, please allow 10-20 business days for the processing of your refund.
