To apply for a D12 Pre-Investment Multiple Entry Visa Extension, you must prepare the following documents:

Original D12 visa approval (from Immigration)
Return or onward flight ticket showing departure before your visa’s final expiry date
Recent passport-style color photograph

Each stay under this visa is limited to 180 days per entry.
While the visa allows multiple entries, it cannot be extended beyond the maximum validity period (12 months).
After the visa expires, you must apply for a new visa if you wish to continue your pre-investment activities in Indonesia.
