C2 Business Visa Extension Indonesia

Visa Extension – Single Entry Visa for Business C2 (up to 180 days)

To apply for a C2 Single Entry Business Visa Extension, you must prepare the following documents:

Original passport (valid at least 6 months with a minimum of 2 blank pages)
Original C2 visa approval (from Immigration)
Return or onward flight ticket showing departure before final visa expiry date
Recent color passport-style photograph
Company sponsor documents (such as NPWP, SIUP/NIB, or letter of guarantee from the sponsoring company)
Guarantor document (Indonesian sponsor KTP or company authorization letter)
Visit the Immigration Office to have your formal photo taken.

💡 Depending on nationality and your local Immigration Office, additional supporting documents may be requested.

The C2 Business Visa is usually issued for 60 days on entry.
It can be extended in increments of 60 days until the maximum stay of 180 days (6 months) is reached.
Extensions must be applied for before your current stay expires.
After 180 days, you must exit Indonesia and apply for a new visa type if you need to return.

⚠️ Overstay Warning: The penalty for overstaying is IDR 1,000,000 per day. Serious overstays may result in deportation and blacklisting.

💡 It’s strongly recommended to apply for your extension 7–10 days before your visa expires to avoid delays.

The C2 Business Visa extension is not convertible to another visa type within Indonesia.
Once you reach the maximum 180 days stay, you are required to exit Indonesia.
Immigration offices in Bali (Denpasar, Jimbaran, and Singaraja) can process extensions, but processing times may differ.
