Refunds may only be considered if:
Cancellation is requested within 24 hours and service has not started
Duplicate payment for the same service
An internal error prevents us from processing your request
Refunds are NOT available if:
Your case has already been submitted to government offices
You provided incorrect or incomplete documents
Translation or notarization has already been done
You cancel for personal reasons after service has started
