All payments made to BaliVisa.co are generally non-refundable. Due to the administrative nature of visa-related services, once processing has started, refunds cannot be issued.

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Cancellation is requested within 24 hours and service has not started
• Duplicate payment for the same service
• An internal error prevents us from processing your request

Refunds are NOT available if:

• Your case has already been submitted to government offices
• You provided incorrect or incomplete documents
• Translation or notarization has already been done
• You cancel for personal reasons after service has started
