Extension Duration The D212 visa can be extended twice, each extension granting an additional 60 days.
Maximum Stay The total maximum duration of stay is up to 180 days.
Exit Requirement: Visa holders are required to leave and re-enter Indonesia. This must be done 10 days before the current visa’s expiry date.
Regular Extension Processing Time: The processing time for a regular extension is up to 14 business days.
Express Extension Processing Time: For an express extension, the processing time is reduced to up to 5 business days.

Visa Type: The D212 is an electronic visa (e-Visa).
The D 212 visa cannot be extended beyond 180 days. Applicants must reapply annually for this type of visa.
Diplomatic Passport Holders: Individuals with diplomatic passports are not eligible to apply for the D212 Visa.
Essential Documentation
VALID PASSPORT Your passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of entry into Indonesia and have at least two blank pages for stamps.
PASSPORT-SIZED PHOTOGRAPHS Recent color photographs, typically in passport size, adhering to the specified dimensions and background color requirements.
PROOF OF FINANCIAL MEANS Evidence that you have sufficient funds to cover your stay in Indonesia, such as bank statements. USD 2000 or more is preferred.

The D212 visa extension now provides for two periods of 60 days each. The maximum stay is up to 180 days. Once the visa expires, applicants must leave Indonesia and re-enter the country to extend the visa. This process should be completed 10 days before the visa expires.
