    Working KITAS 1 Year E23

    Requirements for a 1-Year Working Permit and KITAS

    From the Employer (Company):
    1. Articles of Association (Akta Perusahaan) and Legalization.
    2. OSS Business License (Izin OSS).
    3. Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
    4. Mandatory Workforce Report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan).
    5. Company Organizational Structure.
    6. Director’s ID or Passport.
    From the Employee (Foreign Worker):
    1. Valid Passport (minimum validity of 20 months).
    2. University Degree Certificate.
    3. Employment History Letter (minimum 5 years of experience, specifying dates).
    4. Valid Health Insurance.
    5. Recent Photo (Collared, Red Background).
    6. Personal Bank Statement (minimum balance of IDR 30 million).

    Fees and Processing Time

    • Working Permit (RPTKA and IMTA) Fees: IDR 8.500.000 + (1200 USD) for 1 year work permit
    • E-Visa and KITAS Fees: IDR 9.000.000

    Total Price: IDR 17.500.000 + (1200 USD)

    Processing Time : A maximum processing time of 1 month for the work permit and 2 weeks for the KITAS.
